Watling Close, Canon Pyon was a 30‑home mixed‑tenure housing scheme delivered by GP Thomas Construction in partnership with Herefordshire Housing (now Connexus). Completed in 2018, the development provided a balanced mix of social rent, affordable rent, shared ownership and open‑market homes, responding directly to local housing need within a rural village setting. All dwellings were delivered to LABC standards and incorporated air source heat pump technology to improve energy efficiency and reduce long‑term fuel costs for residents. The scheme required sensitive, phased delivery within an established community and demonstrates our experience in delivering high‑quality, sustainable housing in partnership with registered providers.
