In October 2012 G.P. Thomas undertook a complex and sensitive refurbishment project at the Grade II listed Grange Court in Leominster for LARC Development Trust, with the goal of creating a Community, Enterprise, and Heritage Hub.
We were called in to complete the project which had previously been started by other contracts and a significant part of the work involved assessing and improving works already attempted to create the finish required for this prestigious building. Preserving the historic character of the building whilst creating a modern accessible multi function hub for the town was of paramount importance.
